LaDon
Townsend
LaDon Townsend was born and raised in Limestone County, where he graduated from West Limestone High School. With over 30 years of experience, LaDon has established himself as a successful poultry farmer and also manages a row crop and hay business.
In addition to his thriving agricultural enterprises, LaDon has served as an assistant baseball coach at West Limestone High School for 12 years and volunteered with the football team for 18 years.
Currently serving his community as County Commissioner for the past four years, LaDon Townsend is committed to enhancing the welfare and prosperity of Limestone County. He has been happily married to Lisa Townsend for 30 years, and together they have three accomplished children: Presley (30), Mallory (28), and Nicolas (24). LaDon and Lisa also have a beloved granddaughter, EJ (2).
In April, LaDon looks forward to gaining a son when his daughter Presley marries Sy Taylor.
LaDon is excited to continue his service as a dedicated public servant for his community, district 4, and Limestone County.
